South Africa is a country rich in natural wealth, vast biodiversity and was an ideal location for a trade post during the era of colonisation.

All these aspects have resulted in South Africa having a rather turbulent history and battles breaking out between local tribes and those trying to colonise the country. Many of these battles are relatively unheard of but others have become globally known due to the various outcomes of the battles. Two of the most famous of these are the battles of Isandlwana and Rorkes Drift which occurred during the Anglo-Zulu war of 1879.

There is the option of two 11 day tours which will provide you with a glimpse into this countries fascinating past exploring different war memorials, battle fields and game reserves.

Despite the outlined route and 11 day schedule, these details may still be changed to suit your requirements. For an updated quote, please do not hesitate to contact me.
